I have actually made a request to Harrogate Borough Council (HBC) under the freedom of information act for details of conversations between HBC and Tesco re. gas board site. I have been informed by HBC that there is too much information for them to gather and I must be more specific in my request. Perhaps we should all make separate requests for information from different HBC departments. i.e. planning, transport, elected councillors? Wondering if anyone else has requested info and if so what was the response? If anyone does want to make a request there is a form on the HBC website which you can fill in.
